Thresholds can be used to visually compare your data against KPIs, performance targets or other benchmarks. Drill Down Scatter PRO supports up to four horizontal and four vertical thresholds on the same chart, and they can be either lines or areas.

The Format Visual tab contains two separate sections – Thresholds (X-Axis) and Thresholds (Y-Axis). Both sections contain the following settings to configure thresholds for that axis:

• Threshold Type
• Value Type
• Value From (if Value Type is Constant and Threshold Type is Area)
• Value To (if Threshold Type is Area)
• Value (if Value Type is Constant and Threshold Type is Line)
• Percentile (if Value Type is Percentile)
• Threshold Order
• Fill Color (if Threshold Type is Area)
• Fill Opacity (if Threshold Type is Area)
• Line Color
• Line Opacity
• Line Width
• Show Label (reveals additional settings once enabled)
• Show Threshold (2, 3, 4)

By default, enabling the Thresholds section toggle will add one threshold to the chart, and the settings will be applied to Threshold 1. You can add more thresholds by enabling the Show Threshold toggles for a second, third or fourth threshold.

Each enabled threshold will reveal the same set of configuration options as listed above, which you can use to configure each threshold’s settings independently.
