With this setting, you can adjust the outline opacity for all shapes within this shape layer. Higher opacity will make the outlines more pronounced. This setting can be adjusted independently from Fill Color Opacity, allowing you to increase shape border visibility and distinction with opaque outlines while keeping the shape fill translucent.

• 0%: The outlines will be completely transparent.
• 50%: The outlines will be semi-translucent.
• 100%: The outlines will be completely opaque.

Outline Opacity customization is available if your selected Shape Layer Type is Built-in Shapes, Geo JSON, or Node Reach. This setting is not available for KML shape layers as their formatting rules are governed by the KML style file (unless Style Override is used).
