Choose if the conditional formatting rules are applied to empty shapes - shapes that contain no data points within their area.
Off: Empty shapes will be ignored by conditional formatting, and the general Fill Color and Fill Color Opacity settings for the shape layer will be applied instead.
On: Empty shapes will be treated like “0” values, which means that Min Fill Color and Min Fill Opacity settings will be applied.
