Adjust the legend block behavior in relation to other elements of the visual.

• Off (default): The visual will ensure that the legend block is visible and fully displayed in your selected position; it may resize and reposition the donut chart and other elements if necessary.
• On: The legend block will ignore other chart elements, which may result in an overlap and obscured visibility if the chart’s Outer Radius is too large.
