Controls how the legend block behaves in relation to other visual elements in the chart.

• Off (default): The visual ensures that the legend block remains fully visible in the selected position. If necessary, the donut chart and other chart elements will be resized or repositioned to maintain proper spacing and prevent overlap.
• On: The legend block ignores spacing from other chart elements, creating a more compact layout. This may cause the legend block to overlap with the chart or obscure other elements, especially if the chart’s Outer Radius is set too large.
