Enable Allow Horizontal Overlap to display value labels even when they overlap horizontally.
When disabled, some labels may be hidden if there is insufficient space to display them without overlapping.
Default: Off
Allow Horizontal Overlap and Stack Value Labels are mutually exclusive. Only one can be enabled at a time.
