Customer Success Manager

As a part of ZoomCharts growth strategy we are actively expanding our team and global operations. We are looking for CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER to join the team in our Riga office

Here’s what the role is about:

  • Actively work with your assigned portfolio of B2B subscription-based customers via email, video and audio calls to ensure that they
    are happy with the services provided
  • Handle quote requests and work on upsells by providing customers with all the necessary information based on their business
    needs
  • Ensure that existing customers have the right licensing in place and renewed on time
  • Create the best customer experience from the first moment of contact - welcome and onboard new customers, coordinate relevant
    training for them
  • While communicating with the customers, clarify their use-cases of the product, obtain references about product and services
  • Continuously maintain and enrich customer profiles in CRM with relevant information
  • Work closely with other teams to negotiate the best deals and service level for your customers while maintaining healthy customer
    portfolio growth

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented startup environment
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written
  • English Thriving on daily communication with customers via email, conference calls and phone
  • Passion for order, system, process, structure and utmost precision in data handling
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer service, billing, administration, account management) is required,
    sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Linkedln Sales Navigator or similar) is a benefit
  • Being flexible, coachable, and willing to constantly evolve your working methods
  • Working in a team encouraging others and sharing your best practices

Here’s what we commit to you:

  • Salary in a range of 1500€- 2500€ before taxes, additional performance-based incentives
  • Rich health insurance after the 3rd month of employment
