How it works
1. Prepare your spreadsheet To get started with the Spreadsheet Analytics, you will need a spreadsheet which is in a format that we recognise. Basic formatting rules: Column names must be on the first row. Data items must go in rows with details in columns. Download sample file
2. Browse your spreadsheet file When you have prepared your excel file, please open Spreadsheet Analytics web app, sign up for the free trial and browse the file.
3. Start using Spreadsheet Analytics There is no configuration or setup required. Dates and numeric values will be automatically recognised. Each column will be represented in a dedicated Pie Chart. Open the application
How to use it
Once your file is converted into an interactive report, use it to find information you need.
Interactive visualizations Filter data directly through the visualizations. Tap (click) timeline to select time. Pinch on the timeline to finetune the selected time period. Tap on the piecharts to filter data by category.
Full text search Use the search option to filter the data as you type. Visualizations will instatly show the filtered data.
Quick settings Control map, values, date using controls on the top.

Sharing I have converted my sales data in interactive report using ZoomCharts SpreadSheet Analytics. I have filtered data by year 2015 and grouped it by product interest. Now, you should be able to see my data with the filters as I set them them. Note that you can remove the filters and explore other aspects of data easily - no need to share the original excel file.
