A webpage is a single URI of the website where ZoomCharts visuals is rendered. It contains the protocol (e.g. https://), but the query part is ignored (everything after '?' character).

Yes! Although if you have intalled the license key, any new webpage with ZoomCharts visuals, will be registered. You can find the list of all webpages in your ZoomCharts dashboard (by clicking on manage particular project). If you don't see a webpage there, you can add it. You can set what webpage you wish to be licensed.

Yes! You can rename the webpage, license or unlicense it anytime without purchasing additional licenses. The amount of licenses purchased is the maximum webpages to be licensed of having ZoomCharts visuals at the same time.

That will be Enterprise plan.

No! You only need to register and mark as licensed the webpages if you are using Public Webpage plan. If using a Public Website plan, then the whole domain is licensed without need to license every webpage separately. Same applies to other plans.

Yes. All prices are Value Added Tax (VAT) exclusive. For customers from the EU countries applicable VAT tax might be added on top of the listed prices.

You can pay with credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express) or via bank transfer. All payment options are secured by Stripe and Braintree (a PayPal service).

All active subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. You will receive a notification every time you are charged or in case the payment is unsuccessful. If you would prefer to have auto-renewal disabled, please contact us here.

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact us here. We will cancel your subscription if you do not have any overdue payments.
