Mouse tweaks

Charts have custom event handling component, which can be configured to suit your needs. All the configurable options are listed here.

In brief, you can:

1. Finetune double-click sensitivity.
2. Disable double-click handling.
3. Finetune speed-averaging time period.

Default settings should be just fine for most of the devices & platforms.
