Lower Color Function

This setting allows you to set the function used to determine the color origin point if the Lower Color Origin is set to This Series.

Min (default): The lower color origin point will be placed at the lowest value in the series.
Average: The lower color origin point will be placed at the mean value of the series.
Percentile: This setting will reveal the Lower Color Percentile field, and the lower color origin point will be placed at a point that is above x% of the data points in the series. Example: If your entered percentage is 50% and the series has 10 columns, the color origin point will be placed above 5 of the columns.

This setting is available if your selected Color Mode is Stepped Color.
